and solutions-driven selling to the task of building –
and growing – a better bakery. The sales team serves as a vital link
to clients and customers, providing service and support through
the complete cycle of an order.

They diligently communicate customer feedback to every other
department, and – to complete the circle of support – they gather
information internally from various parts of the company to best
serve their clients. Crestone sales pros collaborate with the Marketing
department on content and design for sales presentations, and work
closely with key members of the Research & Development, Finance,
Quality Assurance, and Logistics departments to assure that product
lines are meeting the needs of the marketplace, priced fairly,
maintaining standards, and moving through the pipelines efficiently.
