The Facilities Maintenance team rises to the
formidable challenge of ensuring continuous and
smooth production operations and scheduling —
and top-notch baked goods—at our five facilities,
24/7 for 364 days each year. A comprehensive
training program keeps the team up-to-date in all
production, safety, and equipment standards and
guidelines—and keeps the entire line of Crestone
baked goods coming to customers nationwide.
